The Process

Each wine in our range is made using a combination of the best quality fruit, flowers and berries and blended with our naturally soft Pennine water.

Our wines are allowed to clear and mature naturally at their own pace without any unnecessary additives.

The dedication and patience given to our winemaking guarantees their purity. Splash winery is proud to be registered with the Vegan Society.

The Range

Red Wines

 Elderberry 14% Vol  

 

A strong remarkably full bodied medium red wine with an initial fruity taste and a smooth aftertaste of port. 

 

Hibiscus

12% Vol

 

 A light ruby red medium wine created from the Hibiscus flower petal. This produces a refreshing wine with a soft taste of spiced raspberries.

 

Mulled Elderberry Wine

14%

  

Our delightful elderberry wine with a mulled wine spice bag.  A warm drink for those cold festive evenings.

White Wines


 

Elderflower 14% Vol

 

 A robust and golden medium wine created from the white flower petals of the Elder. This is a vibrant herby wine, delightful and refreshing. Best served chilled.

 

Peach

11.5% Vol

 

 

A light clear sweet wine with a delicate hint of ripe summer peaches. Best served chilled.

Apricot  11.5% Vol

 

A crisp clear dry wine with a subtle hint of sun ripened apricots. Best served chilled.

 

Rhubarb  9.5% Vol

  

A soft extremly light medium 'blush', created using locally grown champagne rhubarb. Its taste is similar to an alcoholic cream soda! Best served chilled.
