Atico Cabernet hails from the stunning Mediterranean coast of Spain near Valencia. While Valencia may not be on the top of your list when you think of Spanish wine production, the region does produce about 5% of Spain’s grapes and is the 4^th most widely planted of the country’s 17 wine regions.

The climate produced by the Mediterranean Sea meeting the arid desert region is what makes the grapes from this region so unique. New to Splash, Atico is an estate bottled, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Valencia region. With lush blackberry notes, highlighted by hints of peppercorn, you will want to pair this delicious red with a sumptuous steak, juicy burger or grilled portobella mushrooms.
