This Castle Rock Syrah was made from grapes grown in California's Raso Rables region where the Santa Lucia Mountain Range helps to create a perfect growing climate with hot summer days and cool nights. 

This elegant full-bodied wine has fine tannins carries notes of cracked pepper, barries, and cinnamon. It makes an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats, barbecue, vegetables, and most cheese.
