Cape White 2020

Located in the foothills of Cape Fold Mountains on the Western Cape of South Africa, with its Mediterranean climate of hot summers and cool wet winters, the region provides ideal grape growing conditions. The terroir of the region adds a subtle complexity to Cape wines. This white displays a fresh and vibrant combination of tropical fruit, summer melon, green apples and hints of grapefruit. It pairs perfectly with poultry, smoked chicken salad and seafood.
