Elun Sauvignon Blanc

Elun is a word from an indigenous language found in both Chile and Argentina. Roughly translated, it means "to give." What exactly does this wine give? We asked the same question, until we had our first tasting, to decide whether or not we wanted to have this wine imported for our members. One sip and we had our answer. The wines of Elun gave us a thrill, tons of flavor and amazing value. We couldn't ask for more.

A yellow and green wine, this wine is clear and bright visually. It is also bright upon the very first sip. It bursts with citrus fruit flavors, balanced by a little bit of acidity. The wine finished long and refreshing. It is a truly magnificent wine, and a beautiful pair for seafood, maybe even a fresh and bright ceviche.
