Located in the foothills of Cape Fold Mountains on the Western Cape of South Africa, with its Mediterranean climate of hot summers and cool wet winters, the region provides ideal grape growing conditions. The terroir of the region adds a subtle complexity to Cape wines. This red is well-balanced with aromas of red berries and plums. It is fruity and smooth on the palate and a delightfully youthful red in color. The wine will compliment any beef, venison or pasta dishes or hard cheeses.
