In 2001, Sophie and Phillip Holzberg assumed ownership of Francs-Côtes de Bordeaux, only a stone's throw away from St. Ěmilion, one of the most renown wine regions in the world. With their extensive experience in the wine industry, they took on the challenge of running this petit-chateau and helped turn the tiny Francs-Cotes de Bordeaux appellation into something more than even they could imagine. Under their leadership, Chateau Franc-Cardinal has become an internationally recognized name and in recent years, Sophie's dedication has resulted in milestone achievements including organic certification, worldwide distribution and numerous high marks awarded by some of the most acclaimed wine critics.

This is your opportunity to meet Sophie Holzberg for an incredible night at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in one of four cities.  The $95 per person cost includes a full dinner and tasting of multiple vintages of Chateau Franc Cardinal. Each attendee will leave with a 1.5L commemorative bottle of 2015 Chateau Franc Cardinal—less than 500 produced—which is valued at more than your cost for the entire event! There are a maximum of 50 seats available in each location, so pick your city and reserve now for only a $10 deposit per person.  We will bill you for the final payment just before the event.
