Important Notice Regarding Splash Wines Alcoholic Orders and Deliveries
Welcome to Splash Wines. Patrons ordering wine from Splash Wines should be aware of the following conditions of service. Don’t drink too much wine before reviewing:
All purchasers and recipients must be 21 years of age or older. All shipments are delivered via certified couriers (such as FedEx and UPS), and an adult 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the shipment upon arrival. By signing for the package, the recipient confirms they are at least 21 years old, and any misrepresentation to the courier is prohibited by law. Any violation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and, in addition, we won’t like you anymore.
Splash Cash is fantastic. You can use it on just about any order for any product on our website. The only exception? You can't use Splash Cash, our loyalty and rewards system, on special third party orders (i.e. daily deal sites) or where otherwise outlined. We know we are awesome but we do have to make enough money to keep being that awesome. In addition, while Splash Cash can be used widely within our store, it has no cash value. Splash Cash can be redeemed in increments of $5, $10, $15, $20 or $25. Splash Cash points expire six months from the date they are earned.
For each special third party offer purchased there will be the charge for shipping if outlined in the offer, regardless of Membership status. In addition, promotions or offers (such as "Splash Cash back" deals) run on Splash Wines cannot be combined with special third party offers (such as Groupon).
For all Giveaway promotions, there is no purchase necessary. To enter without purchase, please send a self addressed envelope to 52 N Palmetto Ave, Suite #106, Eagle, ID 83616.
Here at Splash Wines we guarantee that all of our products arrive in a satisfactory condition. Splash Wines customers will never pay for wine they do not enjoy. If purchasers do not like a product, we will issue a store credit for the amount paid for the bottle for as long as 180 days after purchase. We kindly request you outline which wine(s) are not satisfactory when reaching out.
Wine purchased from Splash Wines must not be used for resale and is for personal consumption only.
In the unlikely event that a product is not available, Splash Wines reserves the right to substitute, for no additional cost, a product of similar quality originally retailing at a price equal to or greater than the wine originally ordered.
Some of our rare high-end wines are subject to extremely limited availability, and in accordance there are no replacement or exchanges of rare high-end wines.
Splash Wines reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order. A full refund will be processed for orders cancelled at Splash's discretion. Splash submits refunds to the bank immediately. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Shipping is just free on all orders at Splash with the exception of third party offers such as Groupon. The cost of shipping will be outlined accordingly on those offers. Due to rising costs, every home delivery is subject to a $3.99 adult signature required fee, charged to us by the couriers. This fee will not be charged for orders delivered to a Hold At Location. Founders and Winos members have these fee waived as a benefit of membership.
If a given order requires multiple parcels to fulfill, the contents of each parcel may not be packed in the exact manner in which it was ordered. For example, if you order a 15-bottle red pack in addition to a 15-bottle white pack, you will likely receive two mixed parcels (an 18-pack and a 12-pack).
The Splash Wines referral program gives you the opportunity to refer a friend who is not an existing customer at Splash. It is not eligible for customers with the same IP address, email address, shipping address, or billing address as the referring party.
Priority processing is available for purchase on certain orders, typically for $4.99, and it guarantees that orders will begin transit within 1 business day. If Splash fails to live up to that guarantee for any reason the payment made for priority shipping will be refunded, and $5 of Splash Cash will be added to your account.
We cannot ship to P.O boxes.
Once a package has shipped from the Splash Distribution Center it is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. Due to the high cost of returns, there will be a $25 restocking fee. To reship a case, standard reshipping costs are are:
- $14.95 for a 3-bottle case
- $20.95 for a 6-bottle case
- $29.95 for a 12-bottle case
- $34.95 for a 15-bottle case
- $39.95 for an 18-bottle case
Some orders will process extremely quickly, and once the packing process has begun an order can no longer be cancelled without applicable return and restocking fees. Please reach out to us immediately after placing your order if you have any order change requests.
Splash Wines has partnered with Via.Delivery to offer local pickup delivery options in addition to the standard "to your door" option. On either the checkout, or for a limited time window post-checkout, you can select a local pickup location as your shipping address. You can also opt-in to having all future shipments automatically routed to that same location. You can opt-out at any time.
