Important Notice Regarding Splash Wines Alcoholic Orders and Deliveries

Welcome to Splash Wines. Patrons ordering wine from Splash Wines should be aware of the following conditions of service. Don't drink too much wine before reviewing:

All purchasers and recipients must be 21 years of age or older. All shipments are delivered via certified couriers (such as FedEx and UPS), and an adult 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the shipment upon arrival. By signing for the package, the recipient confirms they are at least 21 years old, and any misrepresentation to the courier is prohibited by law.

Splash Cash can be used on just about any order for any product on our website. The only exception: it cannot be combined with other discounts, including special third-party offers (i.e. daily deal sites like Groupon) or where otherwise outlined. Splash Cash has no cash value. Limited-time "Splash Cash Double Up - $10 for $20" offers are limited to one per order and cannot be purchased separately. Splash Cash expires after one year of inactivity.

For each special third-party offer purchased, shipping charges will apply as outlined in the offer, regardless of Membership status. Promotions run on Splash Wines (such as "Splash Cash back" deals) cannot be combined with special third-party offers (such as Groupon).

Splash Wines guarantees that all products arrive in satisfactory condition. If you do not enjoy a wine, we will issue a store credit for the amount paid for the bottle within 180 days of purchase. Please specify which wine(s) were unsatisfactory when reaching out.

Wine purchased from Splash Wines is for personal consumption only and may not be resold.

In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, Splash Wines reserves the right to substitute a product of similar or greater quality at no additional cost.

Some rare, high-end wines are subject to extremely limited availability and are not eligible for replacement or exchange.

Splash Wines reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order. A full refund will be processed for any order cancelled at Splash's discretion. Refunds are submitted to the bank immediately and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping is free on all orders at Splash, with the exception of third-party offers such as Groupon, where shipping costs will be outlined in the offer. Due to rising costs, every home delivery is subject to a $3.99 adult signature fee charged by our couriers. This fee is waived for orders delivered to a Hold At Location, and for Founders and Winos members as a membership benefit.

The Splash Wines referral program is not eligible for customers sharing the same IP address, email address, shipping address, or billing address.

Once a package has shipped from the Splash Distribution Center, it is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to the high cost of returns, a $25 return fee applies. Standard reshipping costs are:

  • $14.95 for a 3-bottle case
  • $20.95 for a 6-bottle case
  • $29.95 for a 12-bottle case
  • $34.95 for a 15-bottle case
  • $39.95 for an 18-bottle case

Lastly, remember the words of Rumi, the 13th-century Persian poet: "Either give me more wine or leave me alone."
