Binya Station Shiraz 2019

Shiraz, known as Syrah elsewhere, is the Aussie take on this grape. Despite the confusion, it's interesting that New World wine regions haven't renamed it to suit its French origins. This bottle, with vibrant red grapes from Southeast Australia, pairs perfectly with Cannelloni or stands alone splendidly. It's a fantastic value, so grab some while you can! Think plums diving into a berry pit, wrapped in oak, vanilla, and black pepper.
