Portuguese wines are often made from grapes that are relatively unheard of here in the U.S. However, their wines are amazingly delicious and worth savoring. The Castelo de Terena is a great example of this phenomenon, made of grapes like Aragonez, Trincadeira and Castelao. These unknown grapes make a sensational wine with notes of dark red fruit and spice.
