Fruit for this wine was sourced from premium vineyards across California, including the exceptional Central Coast and Central Valley wine-growing regions. To retain maximum fresh fruit flavors, grapes were harvested in the early morning and immediately transported to the cellar. Following pressing, the juice was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to harness the inherently bright fruit flavor and character of Chardonnay.
The wine is like sunshine in the bottle with lifted aromas of golden delicious apples, pineapple, stone fruits and hints of spice filling the nose. On the palate, additional ripe apple flavors are comingled with enticing notes of lemon, pear and a hint of cream. A seductively soft mid-palate leads to a refreshing, fruit-filled lingering finish supported by crisp acidity.
