50% Grenache 50% Carignan

VINIFICATION

Grapes are grown in Languedoc where the vines are bathed in sunshine and cooled by the “Tramontane” wind. After separate pressings, the juices are blended and fermented together at low temperatures. The wine is then matured on fine lees in stainless steel vats.

TASTING NOTE

Pale pink color with an intense bouquet of red berries and floral notes. Dry, clean and fresh with ripe fruit flavors and hints of minerals and mint.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Perfect as an aperitif, with summery Mediterranean dishes, barbeque and salads. Excellent with fresh cheeses.
