Surrounded on three sides by mountains, the Breede River Valley growing region in the Western Cape of South Africa is filled with alluvial soils that add a wonderful minerality to the wines grown there. Cool winds from both the Atlantic and Indian oceans provide a moderating effect that result in balanced and enjoyable wines.

Alizea Cellars Chenin Blanc is dry and acidic with balancing notes of tropical fruit flavors like pineapple and guava and a medium body. This Chenin Blanc is best paired with fresh seafood, goat cheese and spicy fare.
