Shipping Policy
Once packaged, picked up and scanned the tracking information for the shipment will be sent via email, and will also be accessible on your "Account" page. All shipments must be signed for upon delivery by a person that is 21 years of age or older. The courier will make three attempts to deliver. If no one is available to sign for deliveries during the day, Splash Wines recommends the use of a business address to ensure prompt delivery of all product. Alternatively, the customer can make arrangements with the courier to pick up the shipment at one of their nearby locations.
We ensure that our wines are stored properly and treated with care, especially during the transit period. In accordance, we may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to avoid compromising the quality of the wines in any way. Should a delay occur, Splash will notify customers and keep them informed.
Splash Wines is currently shipping to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, D.C., DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI and WY.
We do not ship to the following states: AL. AK, AR, HI, KY, MI, MS and UT
Splash wines does not ship to Canada, as well.
Splash Wines abides by all state laws, and in accordance, all state excise, sales, and other applicable taxes are reported and paid. Shipments of wine are generally required to be processed by a licensed wholesaler and delivered through a licensed retailer.
Shipping is just $4.95 and free for Splash Winos, with the exception of third party offers such as Groupon. The cost of shipping will be outlined accordingly on those offers.
Once a package has shipped from the Splash Distribution Center it is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. Due to the high cost of returns, there will be a $25 restocking fee. To reship a case, standard reshipping costs are are:
- $14.95 for a 3-bottle case
- $20.95 for a 6-bottle case
- $29.95 for a 12-bottle case
- $34.95 for a 15-bottle case
- $39.95 for an 18-bottle case
If a shipment is damaged or goes missing during transit, Splash Wines will work with the courier to resolve the issue and send you a replacement order as soon as we can.
