Once a package has shipped from the Splash Distribution Center it is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. Splash guarantees its wine for 180 days and in the event of a refund, Splash processes refunds immediately. Depending on the bank processing time, refunds may appear in 5-10 business days. Due to the high cost of returns, there will be a $25 restocking fee. To reship a case, standard reshipping costs are are:
