Ambicion Sauvignon Blanc grapes grow in the alluvial soils of the Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina at an elevation of 1200 feet above sea level. A wide range in temperatures between day and night, and irrigation from the mineralized runoff from the Andes Mountains makes for excellent Sauv Blanc growing conditions. The color of this wine is an inviting yellow with light green hues. Intense yet refreshing aromas of pink grapefruit and white peach make the mouth water. Due to the aging in stainless steel barrels, the mouth feel is smooth and fresh with balanced acidity and a long finish. Serve well-chilled and you will be absolutely delighted with the herbaceous and tropical notes that perfectly pair with sushi, seafood and Cesar salad.
