Casa De La Ermita Joven Organic Monastrell

Casa de la Ermita Joven is an organic, 100% Monastrell from the Jumilla region (a small growing region specializing in Monastrell on the southeastern, Mediterranean coast of Spain). Garnet in color with dark violet edges, the nose is filled with fruity florals and licorice notes. Mature tannins with aromatic balsamic aromas and a spicy peppery finish. We recommend pairing with spicy red meat dishes, pasta with tomato sauce, sausages, and hearty roasts.
