Gaia de Château Puybarbe 2018 offers a delightful array of flavors that dance across the palate. This Bordeaux wine showcases a harmonious blend of ripe red fruits, including luscious strawberries and black cherries, which are complemented by subtle hints of cassis and plum. The wine's aging in French oak barrels imparts a gentle touch of vanilla and baking spices, adding depth and complexity to the flavor profile. As you savor each sip, the wine's well-structured tannins provide a firm backbone, leading to a lingering finish that gracefully balances fruitiness with a touch of elegant oak. Gaia de Château Puybarbe 2017 is a testament to the estate's dedication to crafting wines of exceptional depth and character. We recommend pairing with rich salads, various vegetarian meals as well as lighter red-meat dishes. Roasted chicken, fried veal or duck confit would also make excellent accompaniments.
