La Cave du Cardinal is grown in the Languedoc-Roussillon AOC and has a gorgeous deep garnet color and exhales intense fragrances of ripe fruit, blackcurrant and mild spices. These rich notes are complemented by a slight minerality that makes this wine intriguing and leaves the drinker wanting more. We recommend pairing with equally richly flavored dishes, like stews, Cassoulets and not spicy Asian dishes.
