Mode de Vie Sommelier's White Blend

For many wine lovers, France is synonymous with exquisite wine. So much so that when winemaker Bjoern Lanwer wanted to make a wine that embodied the French passion for life, he named it “Mode de Vie” or “way of life”.

Mode de Vie embodies a casual elegance and nuance that is decidedly French, while remaining wonderfully approachable. Comprised of 70% Grenache Blanc and 30% Roussanne from Languedoc, France and masterfully blended by Lanwer, the nose is aromatic with notes of exotic fruits and white blossoms. The mouthfeel is delightfully crisp and refreshing with flavors of mango and pineapple to balance the acidity.

This wine would pair beautifully with people watching at the corner bistro (we wish) or grilled sea bass with crisp slaw and potatoes.
