Description: Everyone loves Prosecco! A versatile wine, with a fresh and fine aroma, symbol of the Italian Aperitivo.

Characteristics: Light straw yellow sparkling wine with fine and persistent froth. White peach and white flowers flavour with harmonious and full aftertaste.

Varietal: 100% Glera 

Refinement: First fermentation in stainless steel tank, is sparkling following the Martinottimethodwith selected yeasts.

Accompaniment: As an aperitif or with light hors d’oeuvres; light fish dishes or with sushi and sashimi, also pleasant with pastry. Serve at 6-8 °C.
