Characteristics: Pale yellow color, delicate and floral with hints of wildflowers and fresh white fruit. Thin and persistent bubbles.
Varietal: A masterly blend of Pinot Bianco, Trebbiano and Chardonnay
Refinement: First fermentation in stainless steel tanks, is sparkling following the Martinotti method with selected yeasts.
Accompaniment: Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with vegetable or soups and risotto. Pairs well with main dishes based on grilled fish and delicate white meats. Serve at 6-8 °C.
