A blend of SYRAH(50%) and TOURIGA NACIONAL(50%) grown in the sandy soils of Lagoalva 100 km NE of Lisbon. The quinta gained notariety in the 19th century for wine, horses, olives, and cork. Lagoalva uses the most modern wine making technology for both their indigenous and international varieties. This wine is very aromatic with flavors of strawberry and raspberry are evident on the palate with fresh acidity complimented by delicate fruit. Serve as an aperitif or with an assortment of antipasti and light dishes.
