Malbec, known as Argentina’s signature grape, also flourishes in Washington State where Hyatt Vineyards has made some amazing wine with this grape, under the Roza Ridge label. This wine is delicious and fruit forward with notes toasty oak. There are robust notes of roasted tomatoes. This wine, from an award winning winery, is a great pair for red meat pasta and other rich red meat entrees and rich sauces.
