Stonedance Cabernet
Stonedance Cabernet
SOUTH AFRICA
The 100% Cabernet grapes used to produce Stonedance are sourced from Fairtrade certified vineyards predominantly in the Swartland region of the Western Cape in South Africa. The vines are grown on sandy, loam, and oak leave soils producing beautiful grapes that are then handpicked and cold-soaked. The wine is aged for a year in a combination of 6-year-old barrels, French and American oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, before being blended.
This precision in production creates a medium-bodied wine that smells of dark fruits, including blackcurrants and plums. These aromas blend beautifully with hints of dark chocolate. Stonedance Cabernet is perfectly balanced with gentle oak texture. We recommend enjoying with a steak, a juicy burger or beef short ribs.
