Inspired by Extra Anejo Tequila, this batch presents a unique opportunity to enjoy a Napa Cabernet aged beyond conventional boundaries. Stemming from a preference for oak-aged tequilas, barrels have been reserved since 2015 to produce this "Extra Anejo" - a Napa Cabernet aged for a minimum of 5 years in oak, akin to the finest tequilas. This balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from St. Helena and Coombsville vineyards reveals aromas of hazelnut, raspberry pie, and sandalwood.
