Zaca Mesa Syrah

One of the oldest wineries in Santa Barbara County, Zaca Mesa has been a pioneer of winemaking in the region. The soil, climate, and altitude of the vineyards are ideal for producing quality Syrah, as well as Roussanne, Viognier, and Grenache, and they have the reviews to show it. The wines have earned high marks from Wine Enthusiast Magazine, one of the most followed independent wine rating sources. One of the wines has even nabbed a coveted Editor’s Choice Award.

For the delicious Syrah, notes of blueberry and pepper lead this pioneering wine and feature underlying floral and black fruit flavors. Layers of ripe wild-berry, cola, pepper and our signature sage spice. The silky finish lingers from the perfectly ripe tannins with a touch of smoky oak from barrel aging.
