At Splash Wines, we do not do automatically ship you and/or charge you for wine on a regular basis. We are a membership based company because we have a pricing promise that we rigidly abide be--we charge just a maximum of 15% above our own cost, the best everyday value in the industry by far. 

Our members are in control. You decide when you want to order wine, what wine you want, and how much you want to pay. 

We ship in 15-bottle cases because the efficiency of shipping in bulk allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. With our pricing promise, whenever we save we pass those savings directly to our members. 

We use a licensed third party distributor that operates out of a California and Illinois warehouse.  We will pack and ship your order 1-2 business days after your order date. From there, transit time takes 1-5 days depending upon where you are in the country.* While your shipment will generally come from the warehouse closest to you, based on inventory restrictions that is not always the case.

*TX, OK, and NY orders may take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. 

Once available you will receive your tracking information via an automated email from our distributor. You can monitor your tracking information from there, and the courier will provide an estimated delivery date so you know when to expect your shipment.

The courier will three attempts at delivery, so don’t worry if you miss them the first or second time around. In addition, you can always arrange to pick up your shipment from one of the couriers local depots.

To make that arrangement you can call them with your tracking number handy, which is forwarded to you via email after it becomes available. For FedEx you can call 800-463-3339, and for UPS you can call 800-742-5877. For TX and OK, your order might ship via Lone Star Overnight and you can call 800-800-8984. 

If a shipment is returned to Splash, there are associated return fees and reship fees. 

You can apply your Splash Cash on the checkout page. Look for the "Redeem Splash Cash" slider bar in the top right. Use that to apply your credit and get free wine! We love Splash Cash! 

Our wines come from all around the world, made possible by our long-fostered personal relationships with our winemakers and suppliers. We taste each and every wine before deciding to bring it into your store. We want to make sure we are proud to serve every wine we carry. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a wine you received, just let us know and we will issue you an in-store credit, or Splash Cash. You can use that credit towards any regular order.

We absolutely will never charge your card without you personally placing an order. With Splash Wines, unlike many others in the industry, you never have to worry about automatic shipments or charges that come without your authorization. 

Outside of a few special offers, we ship exclusively in fifteen bottle cases. Why? Well it’s because it allows us to keep our prices at the absolute lowest they can be. Our chief business philosophy is to deliver high quality wines at the best value we possibly can.  

The per-bottle cost efficiency of shipping in 15-bottle cases allows us to do just that. 

Having Trouble with a Voucher?

All of the information you need to redeem will be located on your voucher. For Groupon customers, to access your voucher log into your Groupon account and go to "My Groupons." From there look for your Splash Wines purchase and click the "View Voucher" link off to the right. The Voucher code will be bold and in the middle of that page. Look towards the "How to Use" section on your voucher for instructions on how to redeem. 

For Living Social customers, your voucher will be located in the "My Vouchers" section of your Living Social account. 

For each special third party offer purchased there will be the charge for shipping if outlined in the offer, regardless of Membership status. We would really like to be able to provide free shipping to our members on these voucher offers, but it just isn't feasible for us. 

Be sure that your voucher code is successfully applied to receive your discount. If so, you should only be paying for shipping (if outlined in the offer) plus any additional upgrade options you may have chosen. After your code is applied you will still see an "Order Subtotal" for the retail price while checking out, but you will also see an "Order Discounts" which will be the appropriate amount for the Groupon or Living Social offer you took advantage of. 

Make sure that your voucher code is input into the "Voucher" bar exactly as it appears, including any dashes, and be sure there are no spaces before or after. In addition, make sure that the product you are applying your code to is one of the cases from the link in the "How to Use" section of your Groupon or Living Social voucher.
