What if I am not available to sign for my shipment?
The courier will three attempts at delivery, so don’t worry if you miss them the first or second time around. In addition, you can always arrange to pick up your shipment from one of the couriers local depots.
To make that arrangement you can call them with your tracking number handy, which is forwarded to you via email after it becomes available. For FedEx you can call 800-463-3339, and for UPS you can call 800-742-5877.
How many delivery attempts will the courier make?
Both FedEx and UPS will make three attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, they will route the shipment to the nearest hub where it will be available for pick up.
Can I pick up my package?
You can reroute your package to a nearby retail partner or shipping facility for pickup.
To do so online for FedEx, open up the FedEx tracking page and click "Manage Delivery." Then click "Hold at Location" and continue as a guest unless you have a FedEx account. Enter in the original shipping address, and then choose from the pick up locations provided.

Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Once passed off to the courier, it can take up to 24 hours (and in some cases longer) for an estimated delivery date to process. In addition, on rare occasion the courier may miss a status update scan, resulting in a delay in updated information populating.
I am leaving town but my package is in transit. What can I do?
You can have your package held with the courier at one of their temperature-controlled facilities for up to 14 days.

Will I get charged to reroute my package for pickup?
Certain in-transit order changes are subject to courier fees, there may be a $5-$10 fee upon pickup at certain locations.

FedEx or UPS won't let me process an address change?
Please reach out to us directly at (844) 444-9311 or email@example.com and we'll work with the courier to get your shipment rerouted if at all possible.
Can the weather affect my shipment?
While extreme and sudden temperature fluctuations can have a negative impact, wine is actually far more resilient than most think. We are able to make the vast majority of summer and winter shipments without issue, we just recommend you let the wine rest for 1-2 days before enjoying.
