The Maule Valley in Chile has a Mediterranean-like climate, with mild winters and dry summers, with marked range of temperatures between day and night. This allows the grapes to get ripe tannins, as well as excellent aromas and color concentration. Soils are a combination of sand and volcanic ash and the flat terrain gets superb sunlight. Yields are carefully controlled to produce concentrated wines, with excellent quality and elegance. Camino de Chile Sauvignon Blanc is a light lemon yellow color with green reflections. The nose has prominent aromas of lime, citrus fruit and white flowers. The palate is crisp, round, refreshing and with a persistent texture. We recommend pairing with appetizers, seafood and green salads.
