The grapes of Copper Valley come from estate vineyards in Villa Alegre, 285 km south of Santiago in the Maule Valley of Chile. The soils are derived from volcanic ash and consist of sandy to sandy-loam earth. The temperate Mediterranean climate supplies plenty of sunshine and the vineyards are carefully managed to produce grapes that have amazingly concentrated flavor.

Copper Valley Carménère has an intense dark-violet color. The wine features aromas of fresh red fruit, hints of plums, jam and spices. It is tannins are sweet and velvety. It pairs well with red meats, poultry and soft cheeses.
