Artfully crafted for three generations by the Marañón family, Delator Malbec-Bonarda is a uniquely Argentinian fare. Also called “Douce Noir”, Bonarda grows alongside Malbec in Argentina and is a great counterpart as it produces equally smooth, fruity reds. The wine has an intense red color with purplish glints. It offers interesting aromas of red and black fruits, such as fresh blueberry, and plum; with mild spiced notes.

This blend has a good personality with a medium body, agreeable tannins and a nice aftertaste. We recommend pairing with moles, curries or pork tacos.
