This wine shows exceptional balance and a juicy mouthfeel. Tropical notes mingle with pear, Meyer lemon, and grapefruit. A hint of butterscotch leads to a crisp, lasting finish. A superbly balanced Californian Chardonnay that pairs well with mild, buttery or creamy dishes, with meaty fish (halibut, cod) and shellfish (lobster, shrimp, crab, scallops) or with subtly flavored, simply seasoned poultry and pork dishes.
