“Wow! This is an example of why I fell in love with Pinot Noir, California Pinot, in particular. Very fruit forward with jamminess spilling all over my glass. Medium body & light mouthfeel. Fun, delicious, quaffable, and pairs nicely with delicate foods of all sorts.” - Apples via Vivino
Bold & Intense. Dark & Jammy. Breaking the Santa Barbara Pinot Noir mold. That's the idea. Fruit stays on the vine until it's ripe and ready, concentrating flavors. A touch of Petite Sirah deepens the color and adds structure. Taste black cherry, red plum, and baked berry pies. Blue fruits. High-toned aromas of vanilla, mocha, and cloves. And yes, the oak is flashy on purpose, and the alcohol isn't shy, adding a wonderful mouthfeel. We make it just like you think.

Rosé Blend
Region:
France

Provence

The west wine region of Provence is best known for roses, which, happily, are an excellent match for the sunny climate and the region’s garlic-infused cuisine. The dry, refreshing, pink wines of Provence may not be complicated or heady, but they are certainly lovely. They are the perfect summer wine and can make any light afternoon meal better.
An elegant and refined rosé, with concentrated, refreshing fruit flavors of melon and peach with nice balance. Brightly flavored, yet pale colored full of crisp acidity, and light toughes of tart red berries and citrus fruits. Pairs incredibly well with charcuterie, pork, shellfish, chicken and many vegetarian dishes.

Sangiovese

California

Santa Clara County

“I loved that this stayed true to the varietal, albeit in its own unique and riper way. Aromas of black cherry, plum, underbrush, forest floor, and a hint of tobacco. Full-bodied and medium plus acidity with grippy tannis. A new world Sangiovese that delivers.” - The 305 Wine Guy via Vivino
The Machado Creek Vineyard is located right outside of Gilroy, CA tucked into the hillside, where the conditions allow for long even ripening of our Rhone Varietals. The soil is red clay loam and has been fed over time by the creek that runs through the middle of the vineyard. This 10-acre vineyard is where we get our amazing Sangiovese. You’ll find notes of strawberries, hints of cinnamon, leather, and earth. The palate is round with blanched acidity and tannins. Pairing this with any Italian food you can dream up is ideal!

Our 2019 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is clearly made with care and attention to detail. Elegant and restrained, this mysterious, feminine wine gives the impression there is more to be discovered with each sip. This isn’t a reinvention of the wheel here, just a well-made, familiar-in-style, and imminently delicious wine. It sees 40% new oak with periodic battonage (that’s the stirring of lees in the barrel to build texture and complexity). You’ll find pineapple and tropical fruit, along with hints of chamomile and vanilla, all carried by balanced acidity in an elegant and fresh wine. It’s stylish and very Russian River Valley-like. The finish is long and luxurious with a streak of minerality rounding it out.

“This Chardonnay from Dan Kessley and Ellen Haak-Kessler is a blend of clones 95 and 76, featuring tangerine, pear, and chamomille on the nose. Our family name is LaMontagne, meaning "the mountain". This appropriately describes our quest to produce wines of exceptional quality that represent the vintage and the place in which they were grown. Our single vineyard collection of wines from the prestigious Sta. Rita Hills AVA overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Warm, sunny days and cool nights are the perfect climate for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay - our specialty. After aging in French oak for 18 months, this wine was bottled without any filtration. The Chardonnay captures the breezy night with vibrant, crisp acidity. Enjoy the flavors of poached pear, and baked gala apple, with a kiss of toasty oak, hazelnut, and vanilla. Only 400 cases of this wine were produced.

A classically styled Willamette Valley Pinot Noir with a good balance between notes of red fruit along with earthy and spicy undertones that demonstrate the terroir of the vineyards resulting in a complex, ageable wine.

The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc is a pure representation of our California style. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Musqué grapes, this is a balanced wine that’s been slowly fermented at cool temperatures and then aged on the lees to create a rich texture. Enjoy the refreshing floral nose with ripe pink grapefruit, tropical fruit, tart citrus, lemongrass, and tangerine peel before taking a sip. These flavors carry into the mouth with great acidity, showing hints of melon, honey, white peach, nectarine, Meyer lemon, sweet lime, and stone fruit. As the wine ages, you will find a richness of lemon curd on the palate with a rounder body, allowing enjoyment throughout the year.
"The Grand Napa Los Carneros Chardonnay 2018 is beautifully balanced with perfect combination of sweet fruits and rich texture... It has a beautiful richness on the palate with just enough acidity to give it a shimmering mouthfeel....
Very well done. 93 Points"
- Kevin M. Vogt, Master Sommelier
Grand Napa Vineyards is located in the heart of Rutherford, near the foot of Mt. St. John in the Mayacamas mountain range. Following a long growing season characterized by consistent growing conditions and cooler temperatures throughout the spring and summer, the 2018 harvest began up to three weeks later than 2017 giving our winemakers exceptional quality grapes that matured slowly.
Grand Napa Vineyards hand-selects this rich and balanced Chardonnay from only the finest grapes. The palate offers intense notes of peach, apricot, and citrus fruits along with a long finish.
"This is everything I love in a white wine. Not too mineral, not too sweet...it goes well with any food you’d have with white wine."
- Ellen via Vivino
Alex Dale of Radford Dale wines created “The Land of Hope” a trust that provides scholarships to the children and dependents of his employees for their loyalty and hard work while creating a wine in its name to help this cause.
Aged in Burgundian French oak barrels, it is rich enough to satisfy the most discerning palate and just acidic enough to be refreshing. With ripe stone fruits and tropical fruits on the nose, a nutty richness on the palate, and balancing fresh acidity, enjoy this with roasted white meats and Asian-spiced dishes (particularly fish).
"This has a sense of complexity and some restrained and composed fruit. Aromas of strawberries and ripe cherries lead to a juicy and serene palate with attractively fleshy presence at the finish. Very silky. Drink or hold. 93 Points"
- James Suckling
The wines of Yamhill/Carlton in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley have become world-famous for a good reason. Beginning at the crest and rolling down the east flank of the Savannah Ridge, the Abbott Claim Vineyard has shown itself as one of the most expressive and renowned sites in the Willamette Valley.
Aged for 11 months in 30% New French Oak barrels, the Abbott Claim Pinot Noir has silky tannins, flavors of ripe red currant, raspberry, and cherry cola. Rich mushroom and white truffle aromas with an overlay of sassafras and sweet cedar or pipe tobacco.
Lovely full, fat, peachy fruit. Quite musky. Palate is dry and really quite steely with a big core of citrus fruit and plenty of racy acidity. There is a hint of apricot richness, and a heft of alcohol in the finish."
- Tom Cannavan
Edouard Labeye is a wine consultant based in the south of France but is well-known throughout the world. He makes his own wines in the Southern Rhône region and incorporates his unique, unpretentious vision and passion for natural, terroir-driven wines.
This Viognier is classically French and will delight as only a Rhône varietal can; clean, crisp, and subtly elegant with a gentle minerality. It shows a beautiful amber color with balanced and fruity notes of citrus and apricot. It pairs well with broiled fish or roasted chicken.
"Offers a plush texture, with concentrated Asian spice and dark chocolate notes . The creamy finish features cocoa powder accents."

Clos Du Val farms 350 acres of estate vineyards in Napa Valley’s Stags Leap District, Carneros, and Yountville sub-appellations. The winery also continues to craft wines of balance and complexity, showcasing fruit from the outstanding terrier on which the estate lies.
The 2016 Estate Merlot opens with a holiday spice aroma that layers over a hint of menthol. Flavors of red cherry, graham cracker, and candied fruit dance on the palate with a silky, smooth mouthfeel. The wine’s solid tannin structure melts away slowly leaving a refreshing fruit finish.
"Stainless steel and neutral French oak both played a part in fermentation and aging of this wine, which shows notes of toasted oak and caramel. Thick, viscous and richly layered, it finishes in fresh apricot and peach. 88 Points"
- Virginie Boone, Wine Enthusiast
The southern reaches of the Russian River Valley produce the cooler climate Sauvignon Blanc demands allowing the distinctive flavors of the grape to mature and develop. These 20-year old vines stretch along the front 5 acres of the Hook & Ladder Estate Winery on Olivet Road.
Our Sauvignon Blanc juice is fermented in a combination of neutral French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The 2019 vintage shines with a pale lemon chiffon color and aromas of citrus and muskmelon. The palate offers full flavors of lime zest, passion fruit heightened by its lingering lychee, trace green apple finish.
“Nick sources his Oakville grapes from family vineyard owners around Opus One. Full bodied, long finish, and some serious concentration of primary and secondary flavors.”
Since 1990, Nick Goldschmidt has been walking the hills and valleys of the Alexander Valley. Doing this has given him the ability to discover very unique and exciting vineyards that fit his specific criteria for growing grapes; east-facing slopes for morning sun, old vines for balanced yield, and balanced water availability to produce small fruit that creates big, dark, and black wines.
This special, Reserve Cabernet is a deep garnet, packed with raspberry and ripe black fruit characters expanding into mint and toasty oak aromas. On the palate, you’ll find black cherry and plum layers weaving seamlessly through the red tobacco and earthy overtones. Full-bodied and nicely balanced.
