With notes of citrus on the nose, the grapes come from Australia’s cooler climate vineyards. These cool grapes provide a delicious and tangy white wine, with notes of ripe bear and melon, balanced by beautiful acidity. As for the name, One Chain is an old imperial measurement that equated to the length of a cricket pitch.
