The Tucana constellation is one of four constellations in the southern sky known as “The Southern Birds”. These stars were first documented by Dutch explorers on their way to the East Indies in the late 1500s as they sailed past South Africa. Chenin Blanc, also known as Steen, is the local white, workhorse grape of the South African wine industry and is capable of making dry and sweet wines. This wine displays a fresh, vibrant and tantalizing combination of tropical fruit, summer melon, green apples and hints of grapefruit.
