Tucana Shiraz Merlot 2019

Tucana is one of the constellations in the group known as the “Southern Birds” and was first observed and documented by Dutch explorers as they sailed past the Western Cape of South Africa. This beautiful blend, cultivated along the Western Cape, is made of 54% Shiraz and 46% Merlot.

The wine is well balanced, with notes of red berries, plums and cherries. The palate is delightfully generous with a long, lingering finish. We recommend pairing with grilled beef, mushrooms and garlic.
