Atardecer Syrah-Cabernet

When two grapes like Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon come together, the result can only be good. These two expressive and aromatic varietals are cultivated by Atardecer de Los Andes near the Andes Mountains in the Mendoza terroir of Argentina. 

Upon pour, the color is an intoxicating deep, ruby red which hints at the luscious notes of black fruits, like plums and blackberries, and spice. The tannins are well balanced and the finish is long and delicious. We recommend pairing with a filet mignon with a pepper sauce.
