The Maule Valley in Chile has a Mediterranean-like climate, with mild winters and dry summers, with marked range of temperatures between day and night. This allows the grapes to get ripe tannins, as well as excellent aromas and color concentration. Soils are a combination of sand and volcanic ash and the flat terrain gets superb sunlight. Yields are carefully controlled to produce concentrated wines, with excellent quality and elegance. Camino de Chile Chardonnay is a bright yellow color with intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. The palate is balanced with a predominance of pineapple and peaches. It has a great persistence and a fresh harmony as it is aged in stainless steel (not oak). We recommend pairing with seafood, poultry and green salads.
