Tasting Notes:
Nose: Dried blackberry, Japanese plum, black pepper, Crème de cassis, and mint leaves. Aromatic and fun.
Palate: Rich and supple, with beautiful density and length, if we do say so ourselves. Black cherry, elderberry, blackberry, black raspberry, dark cocoa, and espresso bean... A beautiful touch of dry earth, even some bacon fat.
