Magnifico Rosé

It is hard to think of much that the Italians do not do with great style, and despite being a country known for Chianti and Barolo, they certainly know how to do “rosato” as well.   Made primarily with Nero dAvola from Sicily, it is a grape variety that is indigenous to the island and loves the hot and dry climate there.  This bright Magnifico Rosato delivers juicy strawberry, crushed raspberry and black cherry flavors; vibrant acidity gives it a crisp, clean finish.  In the interest of hanging on to some Italian tradition, enjoy it with a summery pasta with prawns and fresh cherry tomatoes.
